It's been a while since I played in a band or playing any musical instrument that I used to enjoy a lot. Mungkin ada sekitar 3-4 tahun vakum. Terakhir join band ketika semester 1-3 di bangku kuliah, sekitar tahun 2010-2011. After that, busy with student organization and also college study.. After that THESIS... Arrgh. Ketika thesis atau skripsi kelar dan luluspun, langsung dihadapkan dengan dunia kerja.
I have to work in a countryside and rent a room. After work, I feel like I didn't have any more stamina or energy to do something else. So langsung take a rest, and this life cycle continue until now. Although I've been changing into another job, but this new job even worst in the term of time consuming. At least I have to stay at the "work shape" for around 12 - 15 hours a day. I work from Monday to Friday. So it is around 60 - 70 hours a week.
The only free time to use is Saturday and Sunday. Most of the time I played the song that I already knew, I only play some of new song that I heard in the radio or in a Youtube and any net source once in a while. Somehow it feels stuck. It's like I didn't get anywhere playing it. Well, I guess if I want to get it into the next level, I have to take a musician path. Write a song, perform some gigs, sell a record of your own song... But everyone have their own situation right. For me, the chance for living through music is a little. I have to take another path to make money. I hope that when I already have a healthy financial, I'd like to continue my music life. Let me know if you have any opinion about it.
